Corporate interviews · Employee stories · Tokyo

Real people are your most credible storytellers.

Thoughtful interviews and people-led films that turn expertise, culture and lived experience into content audiences can trust.

Tokyo StoryVision

Natural on camera. Purposeful in the edit.

Most people are not professional presenters—and they should not need to be. Strong interview films come from careful preparation, a calm set and questions that help contributors speak in their own words.

We shape each interview around a clear communication goal, then find the moments that make the speaker feel knowledgeable, relatable and human. The result can stand alone as a film or become a flexible library of shorter content.

Why Tokyo StoryVision

An interview approach built around trust

Marco’s background in Talent Acquisition and Talent Branding means years of listening to people, understanding what motivates them and helping them articulate experience clearly. On set, that translates into better questions, less pressure and performances that feel like real conversations rather than corporate scripts.

The process

How we help people tell their story

01 · Purpose

Define who needs to hear the story and what they should understand or feel.

02 · Preparation

Develop themes and questions, brief contributors and plan visuals without over-scripting.

03 · Conversation

Guide the interview calmly, listening for the details and emotion that make the story specific.

04 · Edit

Build a concise narrative and create the main film, cutdowns, captions and versions required.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What if the person being interviewed is nervous?

That is completely normal. We explain the process beforehand, avoid asking contributors to memorise scripts and create time for a genuine conversation. Editing then removes pauses and repetition while preserving their natural voice.

Can interviews be filmed in our Tokyo office?

Yes. We can assess the location, choose a suitable background and plan lighting and sound around the working environment with minimal disruption.

Can one long interview become several short videos?

Yes. We can structure the conversation around themes so the footage supports a main story as well as focused clips for social media, careers pages, internal communications or presentations.

You do not need a finished brief. Start with the audience, the objective and what you need the content to achieve.
